ServiceLine Marketing provides website design and development services for service-based businesses and other approved industries.
Website projects typically include design, development, content integration, and revisions as outlined in the selected service package.
Estimated completion timelines are provided as good-faith estimates and are not guarantees. Delays in receiving content, approvals, images, or other materials from the Client may affect project timelines.
The Client agrees to provide all necessary content, images, logos, contact information, and project feedback in a timely manner.
ServiceLine Marketing is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete information, delayed approvals, or lack of communication from the Client.
Websites developed by ServiceLine Marketing may be built using third-party website platforms and hosting providers.
Clients acknowledge and understand that:
ServiceLine Marketing makes no guarantees regarding the future availability, operation, or longevity of any third-party platform used in website development.
Upon full payment of the project fee, the Client owns the content, branding, images supplied by the Client, and approved website design elements created specifically for the Client.
However, the underlying software, infrastructure, hosting environment, development framework, and platform technologies remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.
Ownership does not include rights to export, duplicate, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute proprietary platform technology.
While every effort is made to provide reliable websites and hosting solutions, ServiceLine Marketing does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
No Service Level Agreement (SLA) is provided unless otherwise stated in writing.
Temporary outages, platform maintenance, third-party service interruptions, internet disruptions, or other technical issues may occasionally affect website availability.
ServiceLine Marketing utilizes modern website technologies designed to reduce security risks and improve reliability.
However, no website, hosting provider, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
ServiceLine Marketing shall not be liable for damages resulting from cyberattacks, data breaches, platform vulnerabilities, third-party failures, or other events outside of our reasonable control.
SEO services are provided on a best-effort basis.
Because search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and constantly change, ServiceLine Marketing does not guarantee:

Lead generation services are intended to increase opportunities for potential customer inquiries.

Lead quality may vary based on industry, market conditions, competition, service area, pricing, customer responsiveness, and other factors.
Logo design packages include the deliverables specified at the time of purchase.
Final logo files are delivered upon project completion and payment in full.
Clients are responsible for conducting trademark searches and legal review if trademark protection is desired.
ServiceLine Marketing does not provide trademark or legal services.
All deposits, setup fees, design fees, and completed work are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
If a project is canceled after work has begun, ServiceLine Marketing reserves the right to retain payments for work completed to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceLine Marketing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the applicable service.
ServiceLine Marketing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
